​Welcome to www.ritulahoti.com We take great pride not only in the artwork we create but also in the experience we provide to our collectors, students, and visitors. If you have any questions, concerns, or need assistance, our support policy outlines how we can help you.

​1. Support Channels & How to Reach Us

​To ensure your inquiry is tracked and resolved quickly, please use one of our official support channels:

  • ​Email Support: Send an email to Support.rituartspace@gmail.com. This is the best method for order inquiries, billing questions, and custom commission requests.
  • Contact Form: You can submit a message directly through the Contact Us page on our website.
  • Response Time: We read every message and aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays).

​2. Order & Shipping Support

  • ​Tracking Your Order: Once an original painting or artwork is shipped, a tracking link will automatically be emailed to you. Please allow up to 48 hours for the courier partner to update the tracking status.
  • ​Address Changes: If you noticed an error in your shipping address, please email us immediately with the subject line "URGENT: Address Change for Order #[Order Number]". We can only update the address if the package has not yet left our studio.

​3. Commission & Artwork Inquiries

  • Custom Caricatures & Paintings: If you are reaching out regarding a custom art commission, please provide as many details as possible (e.g., reference photos, size requirements, and deadlines).
  • ​Artwork Authenticity: Every original fine art piece purchased directly through our website comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity. If you misplace your certificate, contact us with your original order details, and we can issue a digital verification.

​4. Technical & Website Support

​If you experience any technical difficulties while browsing the website, processing a payment, or accessing your account, please contact us with:

  • ​A brief description of the issue.
  • ​A screenshot of the error page (if possible).
  • ​The device or browser you are using (e.g., iPhone, Chrome on laptop).

​Note: If a payment was deducted from your account but you did not receive an order confirmation email, please contact us immediately so we can verify the transaction securely.

​5. Abuse Policy

​We are dedicated to handling every inquiry with kindness, respect, and professionalism. We kindly ask for the same in return. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate support communication if messages contain abusive, threatening, or disrespectful language.
